MEET OUR TEAM
Isaac is a giant sweet Shepherd/Doberman/Sharpei mix (he took the DNA test so no more guesses) that just loves to talk and greet people. He is Dr. Abrams' dog and will sometimes comes along for the day. But as he is getting older (11.5 years old), he enjoys staying home more often and only comes here for his spa treatment (bath, mani/pedi) or when he is due for his check up. Isaac was diagnosed with Addison's disease back in early 2012 and has been doing great while on medication.
Our little mischievous Dr. Grey joined Redwood Animal Hospital in May 2015 when he was only 4 weeks old. He comes from the Oakland SPCA. He loves walking or rather running throughout the hospital. His favorite activities include sleeping in the doctors' office or jumping into boxes and tearing paper. He gets along with dogs, cats and birds and most of the time people :) He really thinks he owns the place.
Evelyn graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Carrington College in 2015 and successfully passed her RVT exam. She has had a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, fish and even some rodents, reptiles, and amphibians but her dream animal has always been the horse! Evelyn hopes one day to work closely with birds or horses and/or have her very own ranch and bigger aviary! Currently she owns a little bird sanctuary, and lives with her chocolate pomeranian Sasha, and her leopard gecko Louie. In her spare time she enjoys playing soccer, drawing, spending time with her family. She has been at RAH since 2014 and loves it here.
Angelica graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Carrington College. She has two sons in high school and two little Chihuahua: Daisy and Molly. She has been at RAH since 2014 and enjoys helping all of our furry patients.
Jessica completed her Veterinary Technology program at Carrington College and will be taking shortly the board exam to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Jessica is our always smiling part-time veterinary receptionist. She is attending Chabot College and will soon be starting her veterinary program to become a veterinary technician. She shares her home with her Boxer, Luna.
Tamara is our full-time receptionist and full-time mother of three children. She enjoys assisting our doctors and technicians with procedures and loves helping our clients. If you need anything, just ask Tamara!
Our dear Alex passed away in early 2015. We all miss him dearly
